Discover the versatility and vibrant colours of acrylic painting in this relaxed and inspiring six-week course. Ideal for beginners and those looking to build confidence, you'll learn a range of techniques while creating your own unique artwork in a friendly and supportive environment. Over six weekly 2½-hour sessions, we'll explore: essential materials, colour mixing and brush techniques; blending, layering and creating texture; light, shade and composition; painting landscapes, seascapes and nature; using palette knives and mixed techniques; and creating a finished acrylic painting using the skills you've learned. Minimum 4 / maximum 12 participants. £210 for the full six-week course (£35 per class when booking the full course). Drop-in sessions available for £45 per class, subject to availability. Tea and coffee included.
