We understand that plans sometimes change. Because our courses, workshops and creative experiences have limited places, the following cancellation policy applies to bookings.

Courses, Workshops, Sip & Paint and Creative Experiences

​

If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date of your booking, you can choose either a full refund or transfer your booking to another available session.

​

If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, your booking is non-refundable. However, you are welcome to transfer your place to another person at no additional charge. Please let us know the name of the person attending in your place before the session.

​

Where a booking would normally be non-refundable, if Moments & Ink is able to resell your place, we will be happy to offer you a credit towards another Moments & Ink session.

Six-Week Art Courses

​

The 14-day cancellation period applies to the start date of the complete course. Once a course has started,
we are unable to offer refunds or credits for individual classes that you are unable to attend.

Crafty Afternoons and Mindful Doodling

​

For our lower-cost Crafty Afternoon and Mindful Doodling sessions, please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. With 24 hours' notice, you can transfer your booking or receive a credit towards another suitable session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

​

Private Groups and Celebrations

​

Private group bookings and celebrations are subject to separate booking and deposit terms, which will be
provided when the booking is made.

If Moments & Ink Cancels

​

If Moments & Ink needs to cancel a course, workshop or session, you will be offered either a full refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer your booking to another suitable date.

​

Moments & Ink cannot be responsible for additional costs incurred in connection with a booking, such as travel, accommodation or other associated expenses.
